Hey there Slumber Party friends!
As promised, here’s my post about the Etude House event I attended. 😀
What’s Etude Playhouse?
Etude Playhouse: Pink Fair 2012 is a 2-day event hosted by Etude House Philippines in partnership with Meg Magazine, The Fashion Academy Manila, Cornetto Disc, and TOUS les JOURS Authentic Bakery. It was held last April 21-22, 2012 at SM North Edsa, The Block Atrium.
It was a ticketed event and a purchase of P1000 worth of Etude House products was needed in order to acquire a ticket.

What went down during the event?
There were lots of things to see at the Etude Playhouse. There were game booths in one corner and Cornetto ice cream, popcorn, cotton candy and macarons (by Tous les Jours) were being given away for FREE! 😉
Game booths were filled with people lining up to get a shot at winning awesome Etude goodies.
There was a part of the venue where the Princesses (what female Etude customers are called) were given free makeover by the staff. Beside the makeover section was a shelf filled with product testers.

For the entire duration of the event, there were 4 mimes roaming around and one of them asked for a photo with me. HAHA.
The mime who asked to have a photo with me. 😀
While some people were busy lining up at the different booths, there were talks being conducted in the main area of the venue. The talks focused on topics such as skin care, fashion, beauty and personality development.
Mr. Kim Boram (김보람-ssi), Etude Global Specialist, giving the Skin Care Talk.
LA Ferriols, Fashion Assistant of Meg Magazine, giving the Fashion Trend Report.
Beauty Editor of Meg Magazine Ning Hilario conducts the Beauty Class 101 together with colleagues.
Lastly, Levenson Rodriguez, The Fashion Academy Manila Personality and Image Consultant, discusses Visual Poise. He’s such a funny guy! :))
Of course, all events aim to end with a bang. Day 1 of the Pink Fair 2012 did so by bringing over none other than…
Rez Toledo, better known as Somedaydream! 😀
He played five songs for the crowd which are:
2. Sing This Song
3. Digital Love
4. Hey Daydreamer
5. Delivery Boys
How was the event for you?
I went to the event with my friend and fellow blogger, Hannah, and I seriously enjoyed it! We roamed around the venue, sat in on the talks, and screamed like fan girls when Rez performed, especially when he went down the stage! (Fyi, Hannah and I were seated at the front row and I was the one on the aisle seat. HAHA)

Rez looking and pointing at me for a snap. :> MUHAHAHAHA.
I found the setup of the venue aesthetically appealing with its cute, princess-y theme. Everywhere you look, you see pink! :))
I really had fun during the event and I actually wanted to go to Day 2 but I had no one to go with so I just settled with the experience I had of Day 1. 🙂
What did you have on?
I went to the event wearing a casual, summer look. I was actually having a hard time deciding what to wear but in the end, I chose to go with something chill and comfy. (Yup, that’s me, chill girl! HAHA)
My Bean Pole Messenger Bag 🙂
Ring from Eastwood bazaar. Cuff bangles gift from HK.
Floral knot top from Dalagita (GH) and necklace from HK.
Acid washed shorts from Tattoo (Australia).
Silver sandals from Cotton On (Australia). Pedicure from chicnails. 😀
*Most photos were taken by Hannah while some were taken by moi. Hihi. We used her Canon 550D to take the photos. 🙂
What about you guys, anything you want to share? 🙂 Just feel free! 😉
